The old dining-room
It is located at the top floor with moderate representations of folk art. Virgin Mary holding Jesus has been painted in the middle and to her right Nikolaos Myron and the parable of the rich and the poor in Paradise. Abraham's hospitality is depicted in the other side.

This room has been renovated and is used nowadays as the main reception room.

Chapel of Saint Antonios
It is so small that the priest can hardly enter the sanctuary. One can distinguish on the walls remains from old frescoes, perhaps dating back to the 14th century. At its left side there is the crypt, which was the shelter of the relics of the monastery. A small secret passage would lead the visitor here.

Chapel of Saint John the Baptist
It is a small church next to the old dining room, that was restored in 1971, with a wooden and painted iconostasis.

Manuscripts
In 1909 the deceased researcher of Meteora Nikos Veis found in the Monastery of Anapafsas 43 codes of which, unfortunately, only 35 still exist.

Chronologically, they cover all periods from the 11th to the 19th century and their content varies greatly: Meaning of the Psalms, Legendary, Climax of loannis Scholastikos, the Acts of the Apostles, Theotokario, Prayers, Services, Speeches by Markus the Hermit and Antiochos the Monk, Speeches by Efraim of Syros etc.

In the Monastery of Anapafsas, there is also the code No 59 from the Monastery of Olympiotissa in Elassona, which was dedicated here by the former Archbishop of Vouthroto and Glyka, Neofytos (1579).
